HFLM strives to train and equip the Rwandan people so that they can be Godly leaders capable of discipling the boys at HFLM and impacting their communities. We train them in appropriate care of children, how to disciple youth, and in various other skills such as farming. We hope to one day have the HFLM home in Rwanda be entirely run by God fearing Rwandan nationals.
